We have brought old-fashioned baking back to life using traditional methods because quite simply we think it is so much better than the mass-produced alternative. Every day we bake from scratch using the best possible ingredients. The chocolate is organic, the eggs are free-range and the flavourings are natural. We don't use any preservatives. We bake in small batches and decorate all our cakes by hand. Our baking ingredients come from quality suppliers and they are all ethically sourced. Our coffee beans come courtesy of the wonderful Monmouth Coffee Company ®, who conduct sustainable, fair and equal trade with the single farms, estates and cooperatives from whom they source their coffee beans. We aim to offer each and every one of our customers the very best service and quality possible.
